4. BROTHERHOOD EXPECTATIONS

Commitment: Once you arrive, stay and participate fully. No “look and leave.”

Greeting: Greet every brother with a proper bro hug.

No Mask: Show your full face at all times.

Nudity: Full nudity required at designated nude events.

Be mellow. Hop in, hug, touch, spank, tap, and fuck naturally.

5. FEES

Annual Dues: $200

6. GUEST POLICY

Black women are welcome to walk in independently — single women allowed entry without a member escort. You are welcome on your own.

All guests must respect the brotherhood environment and every brother in the space. Disrespect will not be tolerated.

7. PRESCREENING & PHOTO REQUIREMENT

We require every prospective member to submit a photo before approval. This is mandatory. If you refuse or keep hiding your photo, admin will suspect that means you are fat or something explicit — red flag.

Required: Send us full video naked and picture so admin will know that you are a real person, not someone else. Admin or staff will not share your photos or videos.

Black Bro Phi Fraternity is built for manly, masculine men — normal biological males who take care of themselves and carry themselves with confidence. If you are fat, out of shape, feminine, or not a biological male, this fraternity is not designed for you. That is not an insult — that is simply our standard.

Article I — Name & Organization

The official name of this organization is the Black Bro Phi Fraternity (“the Fraternity” or “Bro Phi”).

Black Bro Phi is an independent private fraternity and a recognized Greek dance fraternity. We are not affiliated with any national Greek-letter governing council but operate as a full and legitimate Greek-letter fraternity with our own constitution, bylaws, traditions, and step/dance culture.

Article II — Purpose & Mission

The mission of Black Bro Phi is to promote and uphold the following core values among its membership:

Brotherhood, unity, and Bro Bond family culture

Greek dance, step, and performance tradition

Respect, dignity, and positive social engagement

Open-mindedness, inclusion, and personal freedom

Leadership, networking, and community elevation

Privacy, safety, and confidentiality at all events and gatherings

Article III — Membership Requirements & Standards

The Weight of Membership

Membership in Black Bro Phi Fraternity is not merely social affiliation. It is a lifelong commitment. Every brother who carries the name of Bro Phi accepts a permanent responsibility to uphold the values, honor, and culture of this Fraternity — for life. Membership demands maturity, discipline, integrity, and genuine dedication to the brotherhood.

Eligibility

Membership is open to adults who meet all of the following requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must demonstrate maturity, personal discipline, and respect for others

Must agree to abide by all articles of this Constitution and Bylaws

Must respect the mission, values, and culture of the Fraternity

Must be vouched for or approved by an Active Member or Leadership

Must complete the official membership intake process in full

Membership Intake Process

All prospective members must complete the following steps before becoming a full Active Member:

Submit a membership interest request to a current Active Member or Leadership.

Review and acknowledge this Constitution and Bylaws in full.

Attend a Brotherhood Orientation or Introduction event.

Receive formal approval from Leadership for official membership status.

Recite and sign the Brotherhood Pledge, affirming lifelong commitment to the values of Bro Phi.

Membership Levels

Brotherhood Cadet — New or prospective members in the intake process

Active Member — Fully initiated and participating brothers

Verified Member — Confirmed, trusted, and longstanding brothers

Leadership — Officers, organizers, and chapter heads

Honorary Member — Special recognition for distinguished contributors

Alumni — Former active members in good standing who have transitioned out

Lifelong Commitment Standard

Once initiated, a brother of Black Bro Phi carries that bond for life. Alumni members remain part of the Bro Phi family and are expected to continue representing the Fraternity with dignity and pride, even after active participation ends.

Fairness & Equal Treatment of All Members

Black Bro Phi operates on a foundation of fairness and equality. The following standards apply to every member regardless of rank, seniority, or status:

Every member — from Brotherhood Cadet to Chairman — is a valued brother and shall be treated with equal dignity and respect.

No member shall receive preferential treatment that violates the rights or fair standing of another member.

Leadership is held to the same behavioral standards as all other members — no exceptions.

All disputes between members shall be handled fairly, transparently, and without favoritism.

Every member has the right to be heard and to raise concerns to Leadership without fear of retaliation.

Membership dues, responsibilities, and privileges shall be applied consistently and equitably across all members.

Article IV — Non-Compliance Policy

Members are expected to stay engaged and responsive to brotherhood communications, announcements, events, and leadership directives.

Consequences for Non-Compliance

Step 1: Verbal or written warning

Step 2: Temporary suspension from events or communications

Step 3: Restriction from fraternity events

Step 4: Removal from the Fraternity

Article V — Events & Guest Policy

All Bro Phi events are spaces of respect, fun, and brotherhood culture. The following standards apply:

All attendees must conduct themselves respectfully at all times.

Black women are welcome at approved fraternity events.

Single women may attend independently depending on event-specific rules set by leadership.

Guests are the responsibility of the member who invited them.

Article VI — Brotherhood Culture & Inclusion

Core Brotherhood Identity

Black Bro Phi is built on a Bro Bond family culture — a brotherhood where all members are welcomed, affirmed, and respected exactly as they are.

Open-Minded & Sex-Positive Fraternity

Black Bro Phi is an officially open-minded and sex-positive organization. The Fraternity affirms that every brother has the right to their own sexual orientation, gender identity, personal relationships, and lifestyle choices without fear of shame, ridicule, or discrimination.

No member shall mock, judge, demean, or discriminate against any brother based on:

Sexual orientation (straight, gay, bisexual, pansexual, or any other)

Gender identity or expression

Personal lifestyle or relationship structure

Private or intimate life choices

What Happens in the Brotherhood Stays in the Brotherhood

The personal lives and private matters of brothers are their own. Brothers are expected to extend grace, acceptance, and unconditional respect to one another at all times.

Article VII — Brotherhood Welcome & Physical Culture

Black Bro Phi embraces a warm, physical brotherhood culture rooted in mutual respect and full consent.

Handshakes, daps, hugs, and physical greetings are encouraged as expressions of brotherhood bond.

All physical contact must be voluntary and consensual. No member shall pressure, coerce, or make any brother feel uncomfortable.

Members may decline any form of physical contact at any time without explanation and without judgment.

Article VIII — Behavior Policy

The following conduct is strictly prohibited within the Fraternity and at all Bro Phi spaces and events:

Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind

Disrespect toward any brother, guest, or community member

Drama, conflict-baiting, or divisive behavior

Any conduct that undermines the unity or reputation of the Fraternity

Article IX — Greek Dance & Step Tradition

Recognition as a Greek Dance Fraternity

Black Bro Phi Fraternity is a proud Greek dance fraternity. Step, stroll, and dance performance are core pillars of our identity, culture, and public presence.

Dance & Step Culture

All members are encouraged to participate in step shows, strolls, and Greek dance events as expressions of brotherhood pride.

Black Bro Phi shall maintain its own signature step routines, stroll, and Greek-style dance traditions passed down through the brotherhood.

No member shall perform or represent Bro Phi step/dance routines publicly without authorization from Leadership.

Participation

Participation in Greek dance and step is open to all members regardless of experience level. Brothers are encouraged to train, practice, and build together. No brother shall be mocked or discouraged for learning.

Article X — Chapters

Black Bro Phi may operate state and regional chapters. All chapters are equal in standing and must operate under these unified bylaws and standards. No chapter shall be elevated above another.

Article XI — Leadership

The Chairman serves as the head of the Fraternity and is responsible for overseeing the organization, enforcing bylaws, setting policies, and appointing leadership roles as needed.

Leadership positions shall be held with integrity, fairness, and dedication to the brotherhood mission. Leaders are held to the same standards as all other members.

Article XII — Privacy & Confidentiality

All brotherhood matters, member information, and internal communications are strictly confidential. Members shall not:

Leak, share, or expose private fraternity information to outside parties

Impersonate the Fraternity or any of its members

Share photos, conversations, or content from private events without leadership approval

Article XIII — Discipline

Violations of these bylaws shall be addressed according to severity:

Level 1 — Verbal or written warning

Level 2 — Suspension from events or communications

Level 3 — Permanent removal from the Fraternity

Discipline decisions are made by Leadership and shall be fair, consistent, and aligned with the values of this document.

Article XIV — Apparel & Representation

Brotherhood apparel, shirts, and merchandise may be worn by members in good standing to represent Bro Phi with pride. All representation of the Fraternity must be conducted respectfully and in alignment with our values.

Article XV — Judgment-Free & Safe Space Policy

100% Judgment-Free Zone

Black Bro Phi is a designated judgment-free zone. No mocking, shaming, ridiculing, or harsh judgment of any brother will be tolerated under any circumstances — in person, online, or in any fraternity space.

Bro Bond Family Standard

This is a Bro Bond Family. Brothers uplift, support, and protect each other. Tearing down a brother — publicly or privately — is a direct violation of what this Fraternity stands for.

Open-Mindedness as a Core Value

Brothers shall approach all conversations, differences, and topics with curiosity, respect, and an open mind — never with ridicule or dismissal.

Safe Space Declaration

All Bro Phi meetings, group chats, events, and brotherhood gatherings are officially designated safe spaces. Every brother has the right to show up, speak freely, and be themselves without fear of judgment, mockery, or harassment.

Violations of the safe space and judgment-free zone are subject to discipline under Article XIII.

Article XVI — Amendments

These bylaws may be amended or updated by the Chairman and Leadership as necessary to reflect the growth and evolution of the Fraternity. All members will be notified of official changes.

I will not turn my back on my brother. Not in struggle. Not in silence. Not ever.

I will not judge my brother for his past, his pain, his path, or where he comes from. I accept him as he is — fully, without condition.

I will carry no hatred, no jealousy, and no division in my heart toward those I call brother.

I will not bring outside problems, personal drama, or conflict into Black Bro Phi. What happens outside stays outside. This fraternity is a designated brotherhood — a bond of men, a family, an open-minded space built on trust. I will honor and protect that space at all times.

I enter this brotherhood knowing there is no walking away, no half-stepping, and no room for hate. Haters, backstabbers, and cowards have no place here — and I am none of those things.
